The Health Care Support Assistant (HCSA) is a key team member in supporting people in the community to remain in their own home for as long as possible. The HCSA provides personal care and support to primarily older people in their own homes in line with the service user’s individual care plan.

The Home Support Service is a 7-day service which may include evening, night-time and weekend cover and provides essential support to family carers.

Job Locations:

Kildare, Wicklow West.

Hours of Work:

Health Care Support Assistants generally work a number of hours per week, ranging from 7 hours per week to 28 hours per week, with some working full-time hours up to 39 hours per week, depending on the needs of the service users.
